The Goldschmidt Collective (TGC) is a U.S.-based organization committed to transforming evidence-informed clinical knowledge into high quality care through cost-free, peer-to-peer support.

Healthcare professionals are expected to do more than ever in less time: manage increasingly complex cases while navigating thousands of clinical guidelines, stay up to date with clinical research for dozens of chronic conditions and emerging health concerns, and maintain awareness of shifting policy environments and best practices. At the same time, many community health centers and primary care clinics lack ready access to specialists or subspecialists. The Goldschmidt Collective helps close this gap by offering tailored, real-time support from expert clinical teams.

While rooted in the U.S. healthcare system, TGC’s model is adaptable to global contexts and responsive to local needs. As our program evolves, we aim to expand our reach to serve communities around the world, especially in settings with limited access to specialized expertise.

Our Programs Include:
How We Connect with Clinicians

We meet clinicians where they are through:

  • Telephone-based consultation services for real-time, peer-to-peer support
  • Secure online platforms and digital resources, including webinars, clinical tools, and user portals
  • Small-group training and mentorship, both virtual and in-person
  • Customized technical assistance to strengthen systems of care

We serve as an extension of the care team and are a trusted resource for timely, evidence-informed guidance that empowers healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care, even in the most resource-constrained settings.

Founded in response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic in 1993, the NCCC was the vision of Dr. Ron Goldschmidt, a University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) family physician and educator deeply committed to equitable care and peer-based clinician support.

The Goldschmidt Collective honors his legacy and builds upon it to create new pathways for clinicians everywhere to feel confident, supported, and equipped to deliver compassionate, evidence-informed care.
